<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of the use of protein supplements of animal origin compared to the addition of feed yeast. Experiments were conducted in laying hens with ileal fistula. The results showed that the introduction of protein additives of animal origin reduced the amount of urine produced per day in laying hens. The amount of calcium excreted in the urine increased by 13%. And the phosphorus level decreased by 80%. Trypsin activity in the serum of chickens fed fishmeal was 30% higher than in the control group, and in the group fed meat-and-bone meal it was 26% higher than in the control group.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>илеальный метод</kwd><kwd>куры-несушки</kwd><kwd>мясокостная мука</kwd><kwd>рыбная мука</kwd><kwd>кормовые дрожжи</kwd><kwd>замена в рационе питания кур-несушек</kwd><kwd>добавки животного происхождения в рационе кур-несушек</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>ileal method</kwd><kwd>laying hens</kwd><kwd>meat and bone meal</kwd><kwd>fish meal</kwd><kwd>feed yeast</kwd><kwd>replacement in the diet of laying hens</kwd><kwd>additives of animal origin in the diet of laying hens</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Статья подготовлена по результатам доклада на Международной научно-практической конференции «Актуальные вопросы физиологии животных», посвященной 155-летию со дня образования кафедры физиологии животных в РГАУ-МСХА имени К.А.
